摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a controller for an air conditioner, which is capable of controlling cold water and hot-water pump for operation at an optimum number of revolutions, according to the length of a pipeline or the load condition of an indoor machine or the like to permit the development of cooling and heating performance or the like and contributing to saving in electric power. SOLUTION: The range of allowable number of revolution between the maximum and minimum numbers of revolution of the cold water and hot-water pump, according to the number of operating sets of indoor machines RU is set based on the heat- capacity curve of the pump while the temperature of returning cold water or hot-water from the indoor machines RU is considered with respect to the number of revolution as load information. When the temperature of returning cold or hot-water is high in cooling operation, the load of the pump is deemed that it is high and the number of revolution of the cold water and hot-water pump is increased; however, when this temperature is low, the load is deemed that it is low and the number of revolution of the pump is decreased, the number of revolution of the pump is corrected intermittently. Accordingly, the cold water and hot-water pump is controlled, so as to be operated at the optimum number of revolution in accordance with the length of the pipeline or the load condition of the indoor machines RU or the like.
