PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To keep an excessive stress generated by concentration of load of a shaft material 30 at a shaft hole 18a of a case 10 which holds ends of the shaft material 30 and plan to get high torque keeping away from a restriction in case of weight reduction of the case 10 by changing its material to aluminum alloy, etc., for a simple one way clutch to transmit low torque in which the case 10 is assembled to a flat pulley rotably around Its shaft center and binds a friction surface of an oscillation plate that the shaft material 30 kept its both ends in the shaft cave 18a of the case 10 supports oscillatably with a friction surface of a flat pulley using a flat belt and presses one span of the flat belt to give the flat belt an initial tension. SOLUTION: This system has such a construction that holds both ends of shaft material 30 in the shaft hole 18a of the case 10 through the bushes which cover the side periphery of each end.
