PURPOSE: A vehicle tail gate to be opened in the two-stage manner is provided to shield the sunshine when a driver or a passenger takes a rest on a lower tail gate by forming a sun visor element to an upper tail gate. CONSTITUTION: A vehicle tail gate to be opened in the two-stage manner includes an upper tail gate(10) opened upwardly with respect to a vehicle body, and a lower tail gate(20) opened rearwardly with respect to the vehicle body, and a sun visor element(30) detachably mounted to the upper tail gate for shielding the sunshine, wherein the sun visor element includes a coupling part(31) coupled with the upper tail gate by a plurality of screws(40), and a sunshine shielding part(32) integrated with the coupling part.
