PURPOSE: An improved ashtray structure for a car is provided to improve convenience by easily drawing in and out an ashtray body in a one-touch way without touching the dirt inside of the ashtray body with a user's hand to dump cigarette butts to the outside. CONSTITUTION: An improved ashtray structure for a car includes a one-touch structure locked/unlocked to a case(10). The one-touch structure has a jaw, a locking body, and a plate spring(23). The jaw protrudes downwardly at a lower portion of an outer surface of an ashtray body(20). The locking body is elastically supported at a bottom surface of the case and moves vertically to selectively lock/unlock the jaw. The plate spring elastically supports the locking body toward the ashtray body.
