PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a controller, in which matching of a nonvolatile memory with a relevant machine type can be confirmed, when mounting the controller a nonvolatile memory. SOLUTION: An identification code is stored in a nonvolatile memory 1, and when a special operation decision means 4 decides an operation for displaying the identification code of the nonvolatile memory 1, a display means 3 displays the identification code of the nonvolatile memory 1 read in by a nonvolatile memory read in means 2, thereby confirming matching of the nonvolatile memory with a relevant machine type. |
