PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To release the coupling of a cylinder from a driver and to simply fix the cylinder relatively to a frame. SOLUTION: A sheet rotary press comprises the driver 14, and a frame 11 connectible to the driver 14 or rotatably supporting at least one cylinder 13 relatively fixable to the frame 11. The cylinder 13 is released from coupling with the driver 14 by a motion of a regulating member 17 and relatively fixed to the frame 11.
