Designed to handle spun yarns of synthetic fibres to give drawing, elasticity and fixing, the unit provides rollers operating at differential speeds to give the drawing effect, warm contact surfaces and tunnels to impart fixing, and a false twisting spindle to give the elasticity. Thus three treatment phases are provided in a continuous path from the spun creel to the creel of treated yarn for weaving. |
