PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely reduce injection fuel from a fuel injection valve 19 from sticking to the inside face of a cylinder in a cylinder fuel injection type internal- combustion engine which injects and feeds fuel to the cylinder 2 from the fuel injection valve 19. SOLUTION: This cylinder fuel injection type internal-combustion engine is provided with a crest part 12, formed by crossing two slope faces 13 and 14 having ascents from the left/right both sides in a linearly extending ridgeline 15 in the top face of the piston 2, and is so constituted that the injection fuel from the fuel injection valve abuts halfway up one slope face 13 in the fuel injection valve side in the both slope faces in the crest part, while a recessed groove 16, extending in the direction crossing the ridgeline and communicating the both slope faces, is so provided as to leave screen parts 17 in both ends of the ridgeline in the crest part.
