PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform a manual operation priority independent of an automatic control electronic circuit. SOLUTION: This hydraulic equipment has hydraulic actuators 15, a hydraulic pump 10, a first directional control valve 14, a second directional control valve 30, and an electronic circuit 40. The hydraulic actuators 15 drive the actuating parts 16 of a working vehicle. The hydraulic pump 10 is driven by the prime motor of the working vehicle. The first directional control valve 14, which can be manually operated, is set in a passage from the hydraulic pump 10 to the hydraulic actuators 15. The second directional control valve 15, which can be automatically operated, is set in the passage from the hydraulic pump 10 to the hydraulic actuator 15. The ports of the actuator side of the second control valve 15 are connected parallel to those of the actuator side of the first control valve 14. The electronic circuit 40 is used for the automatic control of the second control valve 15. Furthermore, a selecting hydraulic circuit 61, controlling a supply flow from the hydraulic pump 10 to the second control valve 30 in response to the rise and fall of a supply pressure from the hydraulic pump 10 to the first control valve 14, is set independent of the electronic circuit 40. Also, a return passage 60 from the second control valve 30 is connected into the passage from the hydraulic pump 10 to the first control valve 14.
