PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the lowering of an engine speed from a time immediately after the operation of an air conditioner. SOLUTION: When an ECU 8 detects the operation of an air conditioner compressor 6 by a switch 7, the output of the engine 1 is increased, and the output is further increased and corrected corresponding to a rotating speed of the engine 1 during a predetermined period from the detection of the operation of the air conditioner compressor 6, whereby the output of the engine 1 is properly increased from a time immediately after the operation of the air conditioner, and the variation of the rotating speed of the engine immediately after the operation of the air conditioner can be prevented.
