PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an opening attached external wall panel structure placed in a steel framed building framework constituted of a pair of beams consisting of a pair of columns formed of square steel pipes and shape steels capable of facilitating the execution and ensuring an outdoor space without increasing the thickness of the wall. SOLUTION: An external wall panel is formed by connecting a plurality of horizontal furring strips consisting of lip channels to a pair of vertical furring strips of lip channels with drilling tapping screws in the remaining web surface eliminating a flange within a predetermined range from the ends of the horizontal furring strips, and it is set on the outdoor side of the column of a building. Accordingly, the execution can be easily carried out only by outdoor side work, the outdoor space can be ensured without increasing the thickness of the wall, and since it is not connected to both up and down beams, the erection accuracy of a framework structure is capable of enlarging an allowable range.
