The device has a fluid transport pipeline (1-3) of compressed S shape, coil bearers (6-13), each fully enclosing a piece of the pipeline, and a wire coil with at least two layered windings. The start of each coil layer is arranged on the opposite side of the coil from the end of the previous coil layer and all coil layers are wound in the same direction both axially and in rotational sense. Some coils are connected in series and some in parallel.
