PURPOSE: A method for preparing a hydrophobic resin-based membrane that is treated hydrophilicity is provided to give excellent flux permeability and solute exclusion so as to be suitable for filtering an aqueous solution including a large quantity of protein colloid or organics. CONSTITUTION: The method includes the steps of (i) dissolving (a) a hydrophobic resin selected from the group consisting of polyimide resin, polysulfone resin and polyether sulfone resin and (b) an additive selected from the group consisting of polyalkylene glycol, polyvinylpyrrolidone and polyvinylalcohol, which are compatible with above hydrophobic resin into a solvent comprised of dimethylsulfoxide, dimethylacetamide, N-methyl-2-pyrrolidone and their mixtures to prepare a spinning solution; (ii) spinning the spinning solution along with an internal coagulant comprising 50 to 100 wt,.% of water and 0 to 50 wt.% of solvent through a base into a congelation tank to obtain precipitates, followed by rinsing the precipitates with distilled water; (iii) winding hollow fiber after rinsing to prepare a hollow fiber membrane; and (iv) immersing the hollow fiber membrane in aqueous solution of hydrogen peroxide to crosslink polyvinyl pyrrolidone serving as an additive onto the hollow fiber membrane, followed by rinsing thereof, wherein the polyvinyl pyrrolidone is added as additive; the concentration of hydrogen peroxide in hydrogen peroxide aqueous solution is 5 to 30 wt.%; the hollow fiber membrane is immersed in the aqueous solution of hydrogen peroxide for 1 to 10 hrs; and the amount of hydrophobic resin in the hollow fiber membrane is 10 to 25 wt.%.
