PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicular seat capable of keeping the back face of a seatback as a horizontal plane to be effectively used as a table when the seatback is set forward down using a general recliner instead of a two-stage hinged recliner. SOLUTION: A seat cushion is supported at its front side via a hinge bracket for a floor panel so as to be adapted to be lifted up at its rear side and a lifter mechanism adapted to be lifted up and down is arranged at the rear part of the seat cushion. The lifter mechanism comprises a lifter frame for lifting the seat cushion at its rear part, a link arm to be linked to the lifter frame and a kick plate for setting the link arm up and down. The link arm is set up simply by footing the kick plate and then the seat cushion is lifted up at its rear part by turning the lifter frame, thus keeping the back face of the seatback set forward down on the seat cushion as a horizontal plane. |
