PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a steel plate-made base for a pump unit capable of being suspended by a suspension device without necessitating an exclusive member. SOLUTION: This steel plate-made base for the pump unit is constituted such that a reinforcing member 26 arranged at the most end among a plurality of reinforcing members 26 arranged in parallel for the longitudinal direction in a base main body 20 like a flat plate constituted by bending a steel plate 21 into a U shape is arranged and attached at a point close to and apart from an end in the longitudinal direction of the base main body 20, and a through hole 27 for suspension is formed in a side wall part 29b of the base main body 20 formed by substantially box-shaped structures α, βfrom the reinforcing member 26 arranged at the most end to the end in the longitudinal direction of the base main body 20 to insert a suspension member 10 of the suspension device into the base main body 20 directly and ensure such strength that endures suspension by the base main body 20 itself. |
