PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a creep control method for an automatic transmission for an automobile capable of preventing it from being pushed rearward even when an engine idling frequency is low by maintaining creeping at second gear speed when a vehicle is stopped, and reducing speed change shock by slowly controlling oil pressure of a kick-down brake when the vehicle starts. SOLUTION: This creep control method for an automatic transmission for an automobile includes a creep get-in stage for forming an oil pressure circuit of the automatic transmission of oil ways for a second gear speed state when a traveling condition of the vehicle provided with the automatic transmission satisfies a creep get-in condition, a creep maintaining stage to maintain these oil ways in the second gear speed state, and supply oil pressure of a set creep duty rate to the oil ways in the second gear speed state, and a creep get-out stage to conduct get-in control to second gear speed and get-in control to first gear speed based on a car speed and a throttle opening increase quantity when creep get-out conditions from the second gear speed stage is satisfied. |
