PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sealing method for a cup container in which a lid film is heat-welded to an opening flange part of the container for the cup container continuously conveyed after a content is filled, and to prevent the film from peeling mistakenly and the occurrence of poor sealing securely. SOLUTION: Heat-welding of the film in the sealing process is performed in two steps by line-shaped heat-welding and face-shaped heat-welding, by a lead welding device 10 and a lead welding/cutting device 11.
