PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate the removal of a form in burying and to make a retainer reusable. SOLUTION: A male thread part 16c formed at one end of the retainer 16 is screwed to the female screw part 14a of an insert body 14, and the male thread part 17b of a joint 17 is screwed to the female screw part 18a of the form 18 to fix the insert body 14 to the form 18 through the retainer 16 and the joint 17. Thereafter, concrete is placed to the inside of the form 18, the fracture 17b of the joint 17 is ruptured after the solidification of concrete to remove the form 18. The residual part of the joint 17 is then removed to remove the retainer 16.
