PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To promote weight reduction and thinning of the whole outer wall while improving sound insulating performance. SOLUTION: A wall panel 10 comprises a first sound insulating layer 12 arranged on the outdoor side, a second sound insulating layer 13 arranged on the indoor side, and an air layer 16 arranged between these first and second sound insulating layers 12 and 13. The first sound insulating layer 12 is composed of a metallic plate 18 revealed on the outdoor side, and an outside sound insulating plate 19 attached inside the metallic plate 18. The second sound insulating layer 13 is composed of an inside sound insulating plate 24 arranged in the almost same surface density as the first sound insulating layer 12.
