PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To positively fix space equipment to a standing way when launching into space, and to prevent the generation of large impact and eliminate the necessity of large torque when separating on an orbit. SOLUTION: A casing 7 having a fitting recessed part 8 for receiving a trunnion shaft 6 mounted on the space equipment is installed on the standing way 4. A fixing arm 10 constituted to hold down the shaft 6 from above is mounted on the casing 7 rotatably in a vertical direction. The base end part of a stopper plate 15 having a hook part 15a on one side of the tip part so as to be engaged with a stopper pin 11 provided at the tip part of the fixing arm 10, is rotatably mounted into the casing 7. A paraffin actuator 18 having a rod 19 engaged with and detached from an arm part 15b on the other side of the tip part of the stopper plate 15, is mounted on the outside of the casing 7.
