SOLUTION: This device for cleaning the subject to be cleaned by using a compressed cleaning fluid is constituted so that a cylindered piston unit 22 is arranged, which has a cylindered piston 24 connected to a compressor 14 through a drive and is partitioned into two chambers 28, 30, the first chamber 28 is connected to a pressure reservoir 16 through the first valve 32, the pressure reservoir 16 is connected to the outlet of the compressor 14, and is connected to a pressure vessel 20 through the second valve 18 and the second chamber 30 is connected to the pressure vessel 20 through the third valve 38 and is connected to a separator 42 for separating the impurities through the fourth valve 40.
