PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a weather resistant coated article which is excellent in weatherability and can realize a lower manufacturing cost. SOLUTION: The surface of a base material 1 is coated by spraying with a primer mainly composed of an acrylic resin, by which a lower layer 2 is formed. Next, the surface of the lower layer 2 is coated by spraying with a coating material for finish coating in which a deterioration preventive material of a planar or flat shape is included. The coating is thereafter cured by heating for 30 minutes at 140 deg.C, by which an upper layer 3 is formed.
