PURPOSE: Provided is Lactobacillus paracasei subsp. paracasei CSK 01 which has excellent adherence onto mucous membrane, resistance to both acid and bile and antibacterial effects on Helicobacter pylori and E.coli 0157:H7. CONSTITUTION: Lactobacillus paracasei subsp. paracasei CSK 01(KCTC 0907BP) is re-isolated from feces of a patient who is recovered from enteritis and gastritis by administering lactic acid bacteria derived from a pig. Its DNA nucleotide sequence is described in figure 6. |
