PURPOSE: An air bag door developing structure is provided to easily develop the air bag door by adopting an invisible seam type broking section in a crash pad when molding the crash pad. CONSTITUTION: An air bag door developing structure includes an air bag door(10), a crash pad(11) and an air bag module(13). A developing characteristic of the air bag door(10) and a broking characteristic of the crash pad(11) are improved. A chute is integrally formed with the crash pad(11) and the first invisible seam(14a) is molded in the crash pad(11). The air bag door(10) is made of TPO material and thermally molten at a rear side of the crash pad(11). The second invisible seam(14b) is formed in the air bag door(10). The second invisible seam(14b) is adjacent to the first invisible seam(14a). The air bag module(13) is fixed to the air bag door(10) by means of a bolt. |
