THERMO-ELECTRIC COOLER

PURPOSE: A thermo-electric cooler is provided to achieve improved cooling efficiency by adding a cooling effect to a blower device, while reducing noise and power consumption and lengthen useful life of the cooler. CONSTITUTION: A thermo-electric cooler(1) is arranged to be attachable/detachable to/from the rear portion of a blower fan of a blower device equipped with a motor and the blower fan. The thermo-electric cooler has a front side which is directed toward the blower fan and forms a cooling side, and a rear side which forms a heating side. The thermo-electric cooler is manufactured into a wide variety of shapes including a plate type, cylindrical type or arc type so that the thermo-electric cooler is easily installed to the outer periphery of the motor. The heating surface of the thermo-electric cooler has a fin, or a radiation member including a small fan, heat pipe or a thermo-syphon.
