METHOD FOR TREATING WASTEWATER BY USING REVERSE OSMOSIS AND NANO-FILTER SYSTEM

PURPOSE: A wastewater treatment method by using reverse osmotic and nano-filter systems is provided to increase the recovery rate of filtered water, and to decrease wastewater displacement by treating condensed water from the reverse osmotic system through the nano-filter system. CONSTITUTION: Particles, organic matters and foreign matters are eliminated from wastewater through the pre-process(1). Inorganic ions are eliminated from wastewater through a first reverse osmotic system. Multivalent ions are removed by passing condensed water from the first reverse osmotic system through a nano-filter system. The monovalent ion is removed by passing filtered water from the nano-filter system through a second reverse osmotic system. The recovery rate of filtered water is improved, and discharge of wastewater is reduced.
