PURPOSE: Reinforcing structure of a floor panel for a vehicle is provided to prevent deformation of breakage of the side of the floor panel against external force by reinforcing the side seal. CONSTITUTION: A cross member is connected to a couple of side seals(6), and a tunnel is arranged in the middle of a floor panel(2). The floor panel is mounted to the side seals, and the side of the floor panel is jointed to an inner panel(20) of the side seal. A rear frame(10) is extended from the floor panel to form the closed section, and a reinforcement(22) is mounted in the inner panel of the side seal. The side of the floor panel is prevented from being deformed or broken against external force with reinforcing the side seal.
