<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method which can be used to cut a rolled product economically. SOLUTION: By selecting maximum rolling length corresponding to a cross section of a product in the ordered specification, cutting length and cutting numbers are temporarily determined so that the amount generated by multiplying the cutting length by the cutting numbers may not be made to exceed the maximum rolled length against, the ordered specification except for the order based on the length of an integral number, and then, the cutting length and the cutting numbers of the order based on the length of the integral number are determined temporarily so that the maximum rolling length can be satisfied, in each cutting pattern, by selecting minimum value among the numerical value generated by dividing the cutting numbers into the ordered numbers as the definite numbers of the cutting pattern, in each ordered specification, either the numbers generated by multiplying the definite numbers by the cutting numbers are equal with the ordered numbers or the cutting pattern of which the numbers exceeding the ordered numbers is the least ones is adopted as a final cutting pattern.</p> |
