PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin composition which is excellent in transparency, flexibility and an impact resistance at a low temperature, furthermore, has a good molding processability and a suppressed bleeding of a low-molecular component. SOLUTION: This resin composition is composed of (1) 100 mass pts. of a polypropylene-based block copolymer which comprises 1-70 mass % of an elution component at 100 deg.C or higher and 99-30 mass % of an elution component at a temperature below 100 deg.C determined by a temperature rising elution fractionation method and has a weight-average molecular weight of 80,000-1,500,000 and a value of a formula log((Mw/Mn)×MFR0.33) of 0.57-1.5 wherein Mw(weight- average molecular weight) and Mn(number-average molecular weight) are determined by GPC(gel permeation chromatography) and MFR denotes melt mass flow rate and (2) 1-100 mass pts. of a copolymer consisting of 5-25 mass % of an aromatic vinyl compound component and 95-75 mass % of a conjugated diene compound component of which at least the part is hydrogenated.
