PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To miniaturize an apparatus and simplify storage of the apparatus. SOLUTION: The shipment adjusting apparatus for articles such as leeks has a carrying device 20 for carrying by moving forward a bucket 11 in the right and left directions carrying articles such as leeks, a binding device 39 which binds the article provided at the front side of the carrying device 20, a carrying belt 35 carrying the bound article bound by the binding device 39 to the right and left directions, and a carrying roller 56 group installed in parallel with the carrying direction carrying the bound article from the delivery end of the carrying belt 35. The carrying roller 56 group is pivotally disposed on a moving delivery frame 57. The moving delivery frame 57 is rotatably mounted in a nearly horizontal delivery work state and in an erected storing state centering around a roller rotating shaft 54 of the delivery end roller 52 latched by the carrying belt 35.
