METHOD FOR PREVENTING DROPPING OFF OF FIBER FROM NAPPED FIBER PRODUCT

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for reducing the amount of the dropping off of fibers by promoting the penetration of a back-coating agent to a back stitch (the fiber part exposed to the back surface of a napped fiber fabric) when carrying out the back-coating on the napped fiber fabric (especially a high-pile product). SOLUTION: In this method for preventing the dropping off of the fiber from the napped fiber product the coating is carried out by using a latex having a liquid temperature of 40-90 deg.C when carrying out the back coating of the napped fiber fabric.
