PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent delivery of high temperature hot water from a faucet, when general hot water supply is used in the way of high temperature hot water pouring control. SOLUTION: When general hot water supply is used in the way of high temperature hot water pouring control, since heating power is weakened or stopped but since a high temperature hot water supply on/off valve is not closed immediately, high-temperature hot water from a heat exchanger is made to split flow to a high temperature hot water supply pipe and a general hot water supply pipe. Consequently, a part of the high-temperature hot water from the heat exchanger is released to a bathtub, and the remainder is fed to the general hot water supply pipe side, where it is mixed with cold water from a bypass pipe and fed to the general hot water supply pipe. Consequently, the delivery of high temperature hot water from a faucet is prevented.
