PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a chill/refrigerator van for surely preventing warm air from flowing into a room for accommodating loads which are products. SOLUTION: In the chill/refrigerator van having a freezer/refrigerator, a carry-in/carry-out opening for carrying in/carry out a load is formed and at the same time a door mechanism for opening or closing the carry-in/carry-out opening is provided. The freezer/refrigerator is divided into front and rear rooms by a partition wall mechanism, having a load take-out opening and an opening/closing door for opening or closing the load take-out opening, and an air curtain unit for forming an air flow layer along the load take-out opening is arranged at the partition wall mechanism.
