PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a controller of hot water supply apparatus in which the content of operation can be informed plainly to a user. SOLUTION: The controller of hot water supply apparatus comprises an ROM 22 for storing a plurality of kinds of detailed voice data for guiding various operations, a loudspeaker 26 for outputting the voice data in the form of voice, sensors 14 and 15 for detecting the state of hot water in a bathtub, and a CPU 21 for deciding subsequent operations based on the state of hot water in the bathtub detected by the sensors 14 and 15, reading out voice data for guiding a decided operation selectively from the ROM 22 and delivering it to the loudspeaker 26.
