PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To develop a nonpolluting flue type heat exchange boiler that has a flue type heat exchange device connected with a backfire heat-utilizing oxygenic heat-vaporizing re-combustion type burner and is small-sized with high thermal efficiency. SOLUTION: In a flue tube type heat exchange boiler, a gas re-combustion air-distributing can body 33 having a supply opening communicating with the combustion gas discharge tube 7 of a burner is provided inside a cistern can body 36 provided with a water supply opening 34 and a spout 35, and a flue tube type heat exchange device piped with a plurality of flues 37 communicating with the gas re-combustion air-distributing can body and exhausting the waste gas outside the cistern can body through the inside of the cistern can body is connected with a backfire heat-utilizing oxygenic heat-vaporizing re- combustion type burner A.
