PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide fastening structure capable of preventing flatness of a flanged face from worsening when serration of a bolt is pressed into a flange. SOLUTION: The bolt 5 having serration 7 in a part of an outer peripheral surface 6 in an axial direction is pressed into a bolt hole 3 that is formed in the flanged portion 2 of an installing member 1 in the fastening structure. The serration 7 is located in a first distance D and second distance C apart from both end faces 2A and 2B of the flanged portion 2, respectively. The first and second distances D and C exceed 13% of the thickness of the flanged portion 2. Consequently, the serration 7 is pressed onto the inner peripheral surface 13 of the bolt hole.
