PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a treatment apparatus and a treatment method used for pretreatment or washing treatment of a coating process, which reduce a manufacturing cost of a line and save a labor for control. SOLUTION: A degreasing treatment apparatus 1 is characterized by connecting a degreasing liquid tank 12, a first water tank 13, a second water tank 14, and an conditioning liquid tank 15 via a recovery means 20a-20d which is connected to a drain hole 11 formed at a bottom part 10a of a main tank 10 for accommodating a work W, and by having a supplying means 21a-21d for supplying liquid (RW, CW1, CW2, and AW) stored in the each liquid tank 12-15, to the main tank 10.
