PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dry thrombin preparation which is stabilized by the addition of a stabilizer in a low concentration, has a good shape, and has an excellent solution state after dissolution. SOLUTION: This dry thrombin preparation contains 2 to 6C aliphatic polybasic carboxylic acid or its salt and albumin in amounts of 0.05 to 8 mg and 0.01 to 5 mg, respectively, per 250 units/ml of the thrombin.
