PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cleansing cosmetic having a good stability with time and massaging property on the skin, exhibiting extremely rapid compatibility with a make up cosmetic, etc., and also excellent in removing effect of the make up cosmetic. SOLUTION: This cleansing cosmetic contains 20-60 wt.% oil phase, 0.01-1.5 wt.% alkyl-modified carboxyvinyl polymer and 1-10 wt.% polyhydric alcohol, in the oil phase of which the following (A) and (B) are contained; (A) a diglycerol ester which is an ester of diglycerol with 1 kind or >=2 kinds of fatty acid selected from among 8-22 saturated or unsaturated fatty acids and having >=% esterification rate; (B) a cyclic silicone, and has 10-40 wt.% (A) and 20-60 wt.% (B) based on the total amount of the oil phase.
