PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solubilizable cosmetic high in stability at a high temperature, excellent in feeling when it is applied as a formulated product and having a translucent to transparent appearance. SOLUTION: This solubilizable cosmetic is characterized by containing a raffinose 8-24C alkyl ether and/or raffinose 8-24C alkenyl ether and an oily component, wherein the average number of substitution of the alkyl group(s) and alkenyl group(s) in the above alkyl ether and alkenyl ether is 1-11, respectively.
