PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stable cosmetic emitting no offensive odor such as resin odor even after the lapse of days at a high temperature. SOLUTION: This cosmetic is characterized by containing (A) a carboxyvinyl polymer and/or a copolymer of a 10-30C long-chain alkyl acrylate monomer and an olefinically unsaturated carboxylic acid monomer and (B) plant extract(s) comprising tannin and/or flavonoid(s).
