PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sheet conveyance device and an image forming device provided with this capable of improving a skew correcting function. SOLUTION: By a sheet conveying means having a center conveying means 6a positioned in a center of a direction perpendicular to a sheet conveyance direction of a sheet S and side conveying means 6b and 6b provided on both sides of the center conveying means 6a, the sheet S is conveyed to a skew correcting means 8 composed so as to correct a skew of the sheet S by rigidity of the sheet S. Direction change of the sheet S is facilitated during a skew correction by setting a conveying force of the center conveying means 6a larger than conveying forces of the side conveying means 6b and 6b.
