PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a continuous kneader for powder and liquid capable of simplifying and compactifying constitution having upper and lower kneading chambers provided thereto over a plurality of stages, capable of preventing the vibration of shafts at the time of high speed rotation of rotary kneading discs arranged in the kneading chambers and smoothly and efficiently achieving the kneading and transfer or fluidization of a powder and a liquid in the joined part of the rotary kneading discs, capable of reducing production cost and capable of easily reducing the cost required in maintenance or operation. SOLUTION: In the continuous kneader for powder and liquid constituted so that the kneading chambers 18 and 24 having the rotary kneading discs 19 and 25 housed and arranged therein are provided up and down and the powder and the liquid are supplied to the upper kneading chamber at the same time to be kneaded, the diameter of the rotary kneading disc 19 in the upper kneading chamber 19 is set small and the diameter of the rotary kneading disc 25 in the lower kneading chamber 24 is set large and the powder kneaded with the liquid while moved in a centrifugal direction in the upper kneading chamber 19 is directly introduced into the kneading region on the rotary kneading plate 25 in the lower kneading chamber 24 from the outer peripheral edge part of the upper rotary kneading plate 19.
