PURPOSE: A conductive resin composition for extrusion coating and a method for preparing a conductive sheet using the resin composition are provided, which has good conductivity and adhesive property to tarpaulin and can be produced as a tarpaulin-laminated conductive sheet by only one extrusion molding. CONSTITUTION: The conductive resin composition comprises 100 parts by weight of a polyolefin resin as a base resin; 0.2-2.0 parts by weight of silane; 0.01-0.05 parts by weight of a cross-linking agent; 30-40 parts by weight of a conductive carbon black; 0.05-0.2 parts by weight of an antioxidizing agent; 0.2-0.5 parts by weight of a coupling agent; and 0.02-0.1 parts by weight of a processing aid. The polyolefin resin is at least one selected from the groups consisting of very low density polyethylene with a melt index of 5-20 g/10 min and a density of 0.910-0.950 g/cm¬3 prepared from ethylene and α-olefin of C3 or more, low density polyethylene, middle density polyethylene, linear low density polyethylene, ethylene vinyl acetate, ethylene ethyl acrylate and ethylene methyl acrylate. |
