PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a printing ink composition less to stain the page space by greatly improving planographic ink emulsification characteristics and another printing ink composition for keyless offset printing capable of realizing stable emulsification characteristics and less to stain the page space. SOLUTION: The planographic printing ink composition is characterized in that it contains 0.001-1.0 wt.% of dimethylpolysiloxane modified by hydrophilic groups.
