PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a freezer oil composition which is sufficiently high in both lubricity and stability to heat and hydrolysis under a cooling medium atmosphere and has excellent cooling medium compatibility and electric insulating property, and to provide a fluid composition which uses the freezer oil composition and is used for freezers. SOLUTION: This freezer oil composition is characterized by containing an aliphatic cyclic polybasic carboxylate compound and an aromatic polybasic carboxylate compound and/or an aliphatic chain polybasic carboxylate compound.
