<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To adequately prevent the electromagnetic clutch (especially a friction surface of armatures) from being stained with oil. SOLUTION: A tapered part 140d becoming gradually wider increasing the diameter of an internal circumferential wall surface 140c towards the direction opposite to the friction surface 141c is formed on the circumferential groove 150 and the internal circumferential wall surface 140c of the armature 140 surrounding the armature 140. Hence, even if oil is dropped on the electromagnetic clutch 10 on the inspection of an engine or in supplementing of oil, the oil dropped flows downwards along the circumferential groove 150 (wall surface 151) and drops from the electromagnetic clutch 100 without flowing towards the friction surface side 141c. Oil which is stuck on the head of a bolt 111 and arrives at the internal side wall surface 140c flows to the opposite side of the friction surface 141c and is dropped out of the electromagnetic clutch 100 without flowing to the side of the friction surface 141c disturbed by the tapered part 140d.</p> |
