<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively utilize low electricity of a solar battery, which does not reach electric power necessary for driving a water electrolysis apparatus, in a photovoltaic power type of water electrolysis system. SOLUTION: The water electrolysis system 1 comprises, the water electrolysis apparatus 2, the first solar cell 3 which is a power source of the water electrolysis apparatus 2, at least one third electric apparatus, such as an apparatus 15 for accumulating electricity and a heater 17 for raising temperature of electrolysis water. In the case that electricity of the first solar cell 3 does not reach electric power necessary for driving the water electrolysis apparatus 2, the generated electricity is supplied to the heater 17 for raising the temperature, when temperature T of water for electrolysis is lower than 80 deg.C, and on the other hand, supplied to the apparatus 15 for accumulating electricity when temperature T is 80 deg.C or higher.</p> |
