MITICIDAL COMPOUND EXTRACTED FROM PLANT

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a miticidal compound derived from plants, capable of exterminating mites. SOLUTION: This miticidal composition is extracted from plants and obtained from at least one kind selected from the group consisting of Paeonia suffruticosa, Ligusticum chuanxiong, Cinnamomum cassia, cinnamon oil, mustard oil and horseradish oil. And, the miticidal compounds such as trans- cinnamaldehyde, cinnamyl alcohol, salicylaldehjyde, allyl isotuiocyanate and/or butyl isothiocyanate are provided, and the three active components show synergistic effect for miticidal activity when they are mixed together.
