PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To inspect the interior of piping with high efficiency by remotely transmitting energy to the interior of the piping. SOLUTION: The interior of a pipe structure is filled with a gas. A drive part for changing the gas pressure in the structure is disposed on one end of the structure. An intra-pipe mobile unit is inserted into the structure. Changes in the gas pressure are converted into motive energy or electric energy and used for inspection activities.
